Rolling Rock earns 65% in Domain Property

 Rolling Rock Resources Corporation (RLL:TSX.V) (the "Company") has entered into a joint venture agreement with New Dimension Resources on the Domain property in Northern Manitoba.

As of August 1, 2008 the Company has incurred expenditures of over $1 million to earn a 65% interest.

Budgets and contracts are now being formalized for a fall 2008 drilling campaign. The Company will be the operator and New Dimension will participate on a 35% basis in the cost of the program.

Details of this drilling program will be announced upon start up.
Rolling Rock is a junior gold exploration company focused on acquiring and developing projects throughout North America. Its largest shareholders include Kinross Gold Corporation and Zinifex Ltd. Rolling Rock has two gold exploration projects in Northern Manitoba: the Domain Property and the Monument Bay Project.
