| | | Scott Angus, President, CEO & Director
Mr. Scott Angus has been President, CEO and a director of the Corporation since its incorporation. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Angus was a director of Sunridge Gold Corporation, a mineral exploration company. During the time period from 1996 to 2001, Mr. Angus was a founder and director of Nevsun Resources, President of Brandon Gold Corporation (now Crown Point Ventures Ltd.) and President and CEO of Mount Hope Resources, all mineral exploration and development companies. Prior to 1996, Mr. Angus was a self-employed Prospector and Mining Exploration Contractor for companies throughout North America . Mr. Angus has acted as a director and VP Exploration for several companies listed on the then Vancouver Stock Exchange (the "VSE").

| | | Dwane J. Brosseau, Director
Mr. Dwane Brosseau has been a director of the Corporation since its incorporation. Since January 2005, he has been Manager Investor Relations of Currie Rose Resources Inc. (a mineral exploration and development company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange). From December 2003 to December 2004, Mr. Brosseau was Manager of Investor Relations of Everton Resources Inc., a mineral exploration and development company; and from December 2002 to December 2003, he was President and CEO of the same company. From November 1999 to August 2002, Mr. Brosseau was the Regional Manager of Merrill Lynch's Vancouver, BC operation. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Brosseau was a financial advisor at RBC Dominion Securities Inc. Mr. Brosseau has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Mary's University in Halifax.

| | | Ian D. MacLean, Director - V.P. Investor Relations
Mr. Ian MacLean began his Investor Relations career in 1996 with Nevsun Resources. From 1999 to 2001 he was involved as an executive of the predecessor company to Everton Resources. In 2001 Mr. MacLean joined Bema Gold Corporation (now B2Gold Corp.) as the Manager of Investor Relations and was appointed Vice President of Investor Relations in 2006. Mr. MacLean currently sits on the Board of Directors for Everton and Rolling Rock Resources and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University in Ottawa ON, Canada.

| | | Doris Meyer, CFO and Corporate Secretary
Mrs. Doris Meyer is a Member of the Association of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia and Canada. She was Vice President, Finance of Queenstake Resources Ltd. from 1985 to 2003 and Corporate Secretary until 2004 where she led negotiations of joint venture and purchase agreements, equity financings, debt financings and capital purchases.
In 1996 Mrs. Meyer formed Golden Oak Corporate Services Ltd. retaining her same officer positions at Queenstake until 2004. Mrs. Meyer acts as Chief Financial Officer and/or Corporate Secretary of several publicly traded mining companies and her company provides those clients with administrative, accounting and compliance services.

| | | Kevin Bullock, Director
Mr. Kevin Bullock is a registered Professional Mining Engineer in the province of Ontario and received his Engineering degree from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario. Mr. Bullock is Goldcrest's founding President and has been CEO since its inception in 2002. Mr. Bullock has over 15 years experience at senior levels, in mining exploration, mine development and mine operations.
Mr. Bullock has a wide knowledge base in the mineral industry and has completed several exploration and mining projects, both in North America and abroad, including projects in Mexico, Sweden, and West Africa, where he was Iamgold Corporation Ltd's General Manager. Throughout his career, Kevin has been involved in projects from inception through exploration to development and production and, until recently, was VP, Operations for Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. Mr. Bullock was instrumental in the reopening of the Macassa Gold Mine in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
